The Christian Fellowship Softball League

To join our League.....

ENTRY FEES

1.  Entry fee for old and new teams will be three hundred dollars ($300.00) is due not later than the April meeting.
2.  Teams not paying full monies due from prior seasons will automatically be dropped from the league. Those monies are due with the entry fee.

ROSTERS

1.  Each team must submit to the Office of the Commissioner(OC) a roster of not more than 25 players.  Rosters are due on or before June 25th.
2.  Prior to the final rosters being turned in, if a player’s name appears in the score book, he/she is considered a part of that team.
3.  Once the rosters go in the OC will provide each team with a list of players/player-managers for each team.
4.  A roster shall have each players/ player-manager’s full name, address, and telephone number.  Each player must sign the roster and be a member of a church or Christian organization.

MEETINGS

1. The Board of Directors will be comprised of a manager or representative from each team. Each team is responsible for choosing its manager or representative.

2.Each team must have at least one manager or representative, but may not have more than two present at a meeting. All voting is done on a per team basis (excluding the OC), not a per person basis.
3.  At least 50% of the Board of Directors must be present in order to vote, and a majority is needed to add or change  BY-LAWS.
